Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada: Within 1 week

• USA: 3–7 business days

• International: 2–6 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or customs.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. FreeLifeCo is not responsible for these fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.
